Discord Staff Information Guide
Full staff guide for being a staff member in the official Discord server of arialfx. Make sure you are familiar with everything in here if you are a staff member, or applying for one.
General Information
Read the whole server rules and memorize them. (Don't have to memorize by heart, but memorizing them roughly would be great.
Make sure you have server notifications on "Mentions Only" or "All Messages" (Mentions Only is suggested since All Messages would be annoying)
Make sure you know ALL the channels in the server and WHAT they are used for.
As a staff member in the server, if arialfx sees that you are doing some things that staffs shouldn't do, or not following the rules, he will give you a staff strike. 3 staff strikes = demote.
DO NOT mess around with the server settings, or create/delete channels, or do anything like that without arialfx's permission.
Make sure you are actively checking the staff announcements channel for important news and updates for staff members.
Make everyone talk in the place they are supposed to. For example, if people are talking inside media, you have to let them know to chat in the proper chat channel.
Let people know to NOT flood the chat with gifs/images and such in the chat channel. It gets really spammy, and it won't look good.
Please be as active as you can to respond to tickets quickly to give support to the members who need it. The tickets creation channel is tickets, and once a ticket is created, a new channel will be made.
IMPORTANT: Let the first staff member to take over the support ticket close the ticket. And only ONE STAFF MEMBER per TICKET SUPPORT! If there is already a staff member supporting a member in a ticket, please do not interfere.
You may use the punishments commands (!warn, !mute, !ban, etc.) in the place where the incident happened. However, you have to check their previous warnings before you do anything to them because it might be their 2nd or 3rd warning!
Whenever warning or doing ANYTHING to a member, PLEASE check their previous warnings before doing anything by typing ?warnings (user)

3rd Offence - 1 Day Mute

1st Offence - Warn
2nd Offence - 1 Hour Mute
3rd Offence - 2 Days Mute
Self Promotion
1st Offence - Warn
2nd Offence - 1 Day Mute
3rd Offence - 3 Days Mute
Bans
Suicide Encouragement (1 Week Ban)
Doxing (Permanent Ban)
NSFW (3 Days Ban)
DM Advertising (1 Day Ban)
Racism (1 Week Ban)
⚠️ Important Points
After the 3rd offence for all of the above, results in a 1 week ban.
Before doing any kinds of punishments, make sure to check their past warnings by typing out !warnings (user) in the staff-commands channel.
